Arbitration

Arbitration is an effective mechanism for resolving disputes, being one of the alternative dispute resolution methods used to resolve conflicts between disputing parties in a non-traditional manner. Arbitration allows parties to settle disputes without resorting to traditional judicial authority. It serves as an effective tool for achieving justice and settling disputes quickly and efficiently, thus saving a lot of time and costs.

Therefore, we offer representation services to clients before arbitration bodies and authorities in the United Arab Emirates. Al Dhaheri and Co. This ensures that arbitration is conducted by individuals who understand the intricacies of the dispute and possess the necessary experience to handle such proceedings.
